  • 14-day cooling-off period: You may cancel within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund
  • After cooling-off period: Refunds are subject to our discretion and may be prorated based on course completion
  • No-show policy: Students who miss more than two consecutive classes without notice forfeit their right to a refund

5.2 Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or transfer to an alternative course.

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

6. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

  • Attend classes regularly and punctually
  • Complete assignments and coursework as required
  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
  • Use course materials solely for educational purposes
  • Not share login credentials or course materials with unauthorized persons
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information
  • Follow our code of conduct and classroom policies

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific course
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee employment outcomes or specific career results
  • Students are responsible for their own career development and job search activities
